EMILIE FRANK

Emilie Frank is a Vice President at Apollo Messaging & Media with nearly a decade of experience in campaign paid media and communications strategy. Since 2018, Emilie has designed and executed winning direct mail programs for clients across the country, including the Pennsylvania and Virginia House and Senate caucuses, Reps. Yassamin Ansari, Chris Deluzio, and Susan Wild, the American Civil Liberties Union, California Teachers Association, House Majority PAC, and more. She has experience running large-scale ballot request and voter education programs and using nontraditional formats that break through with voters.

Emilie previously worked in public affairs leading qualitative and quantitative research programs. She provided strategic positioning, message development, branding, and audience segmentation services to clients including SNAP/WIC, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Florida Department of Citrus.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Emilie now lives in Washington, DC with her dog, Jack.
